Investigating - We are aware of an issue with the Ads API sandbox (ads-api-sandbox.twitter.com) that is resulting in internal errors. This issue was reported on 2022-09-9 and is urgently being investigated by our engineering team.
Currently, there is no resolution ETA, but we are working to restore functionality as quickly as possible.
